New policy of PIAR plus Ltd
The school of environmental scientists founded by Academician V. Koptyug is
well-known in the scientific world.The Vice-President of the Russian Academy
of Sciences and President of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of
Sciences Academician Valentin A. Koptyug was the head of the Novosibirsk State
University Between 1978 and 1980. The subject of his particular concern was
ecological science and scientific support for the measures on environment
protection.
Upon the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in 1992 in Rio de Janeiro, V. Koptyug became an active promoter of the Conference ideas and decisions and, together with other scientists, developed the principles of the national strategy of the country's transition to sustainable development and initiated publication of the journal "Chemistry for Sustainable Development", that is publishing and at present. The school of environmental scientists founded by Academician V. Koptyug is well-known in the scientific world.
Dr Ekaterina Yablokova was one of the disciples of Academician Valentin A. Koptyug and she has performed her first scientific work under his guidance.
At the present PIAR plus Now PIAR plus intend to develop the ideas of Academician V. Koptyug via active participation in EU projects concerning problems of Sustainable Area Development via promoting Sustainable Area Management philosophy in Siberian region.
