ENL is joined today by DOMINIQUE PROY BSc MSc MBA who has very considerable experience in environmental and sustainable development work for NGOs in France and China. Dominique will be responsible for business development in France and assist ENL with project development work at the EUROPEAN COMMISSION in Brussels.
