Hydrogeologist Dr. Zbynek Hrkal today joins ENL as a Network Member providing important input into the multi-disciplinary team of ENL through his extensive expertise in research and consultancy in the areas of hydrogeology, ground- and surface water and soil remediation - as well as the design and management of European projects through which Dr Hrkal will contribute substantially to the development of ENL's European projects and the development of ENL's presence in Eastern Europe and her new European Member States.
