Today the SAM Europe - Sustainable Area Management Integrated Project has been deliverded to the EC under the European Commission's 6th FRAMEWORK PROGRAMME - Global Change and Ecosystems. This project proposal is projected to have an overall value of several million Euros - and has been prepared by ENL (science and technology coordinator) and STEP the French project management company with the help of over 30 partners from across the European Union, Cuba and China.
